A lot of times we go through moments of life ALONE. Not physically or emotionally but mentally. We can push people that loves us the most away by taking on situations alone which includes not talking about it, not being honest about emotions, disappearing, leaving our people clueless, unrelatable, or overall blocked out. HOWEVER, in the process of recovery, we tend to blame or be mad at people for not being supportive of us or concerned, when we really didn't give them The Space to be there.
