**Examples: In and out of relationships, back-and-forth between jobs, having an empty bank account after paying bills, etc.
Most reoccurring situations happen because we fail to redirect ourselves to other options, to seek a different response. If we would adjust to using different approaches and focus on a different way of viewing our situations, we could stop the redundancy.
